GENERAL BOOKING FAQ

1. How do I book my Dollcation?

Before booking, please call or text (786) 480-1596 to confirm your dates.
Once your dates are confirmed, you may secure your reservation with your non-refundable retainer.

2. How much is the retainer?

A 15% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your ANY of our services.
Retainers are transferable once within 6 months (subject to availability).

3. What is the minimum stay requirement?

All recovery stays require a 5-night minimum to promote safe, appropriate healing.

4. When should I check in?

Check-in must occur one full day before surgery.
Example: Surgery on August 20 → Check-in August 19.

5. Are upgrades available during my stay?

Yes — however, it is most cost-efficient to select The Signature Dollcation package from the start, as add-ons purchased separately may cost more.

DIETARY & MEALS FAQ

1. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes — we can accommodate the following with a minimum 7 days’ notice:

  • Low-sodium
  • High-protein
  • Soft post-op meals
  • No pork 
  • No seafood

Yes — we can accommodate the following for an additional fee with a minimum 7 days’ notice:

  • Vegan
  • Vegetarian
  • Pescatarian
  • Gluten-free
  • Dairy-free

Special requests without the 7-day notice window cannot be guaranteed.

2. Are meals included?

  • The Signature Recovery: 3 Gourmet Meals + Snacks + Beverages
  • Private Care: Meals not included unless Plate & Pour is Added-On, only Soup provided day or surgery.

You may choose from:

TRANSPORTATION FAQ (Doll On The Go)

1. How does transportation work?

Our transportation operates as a professional shuttle system, using real-time satellite GPS to optimize routes for the safest, quickest post-operative trips.

2. What transportation is included?

Varies by package (Please see your package for details):

  • Pre-op & Post-Op appointments
  • Surgery Day 
  • Medication Retrieval
  • Airport pick-up & drop-off

3. What vehicles do you use?

A Chevy Suburban or Dodge Caravan — fully sanitized, post-op friendly, and spacious for comfort.

LOCATION FAQ

1. How is my recovery location chosen?

Your location is chosen based on where your surgery center is located to ensure the safest, shortest transport times. We are centrally located near all major Miami surgery centers.

2. What’s the difference between the two locations?

Both locations provide the signature Doll Collection Recovery experience, but the environment and stay style are different depending on the level of privacy you prefer.

🌸  The Recovery Suite (Licensed ALF) 🌸

A state-licensed Assisted Living Facility designed to support Dolls recovering in a structured, professionally monitored environment.

This location offers a shared healing experience, where Dolls recover alongside other post-op clients in various stages of recovery—creating a supportive and community-based atmosphere.

Best for Dolls who want:

  • A licensed care environment
  • A shared “Sweet Dollcation” recovery vibe
  • A mix of shared and private suite options
  • A clinical setting with a social, supportive atmosphere

🐆  The Doll PlayHaus (Private Suites Only) 🐆

A state-compliant private recovery setting offering a more exclusive and intimate experience.

This location is designed for Dolls who prefer privacy, quiet comfort, and a more personal recovery environment.

Best for Dolls who want:

  • A private, luxury recovery stay
  • A calmer and more intimate atmosphere
  • Private suites only with enhanced comfort and space

Each private suite includes:

  • Private bathroom
  • Private closet/storage space
  • (1) approved companion at no additional cost

CLINICAL CARE & STAFFING FAQ

1. Are you licensed?

Yes. All medical personnel are licensed and/or certified in the state of Florida and trained in:

  • CPR / First Aid
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • HIV/AIDS Certification
  • Sanitization & Infection Control
  • Cosmetic Post-Operative Recovery Support
  • Scope-specific clinical protocols

All care is overseen by a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure safe, compliant, and professional recovery support at all times.

2. Is a Registered Nurse available?

Yes — a BSN-RN is available 24/7.

RN is available:

  • On-site
  • Via tele-med
  • For in-person assessments
  • When paged for clinical concerns beyond staff scope
  • For surgeon communication when needed

The RN ensures compliance with your surgeon’s care plan and oversees all medical operations throughout your Dollcation.

3. Who provides daily care?

Your clinical care is shared between our licensed team:

  • Administrator
  • Head Nurse/ RN/ LPN
  • MA 
  • CNA
  • LMT (for massages)

PRIVATE CARE FAQ (Doll Concierge Care)

1. Where is private care provided?

Private care is provided at your hotel, Airbnb, or personal home — not inside Doll Collection Recovery’s accommodations.

2. What services can be added to private care?

You may add:

  • Plate & Pour meal prep
  • Doll On The Go transportation
  • Molded By Mai lymphatic massages
  • Supply bundles (medical supplies, garments, essentials)
  • Additional caregivers
  • Overnight care

3. What is the minimum booking?

8 hours minimum

MASSAGE FAQ (Lymphatic Drainage)

1. Do you reopen incisions for lymphatic drainage?

Absolutely NOT.

We do NOT:

  • Reopen incisions
  • Insert tools
  • Force drainage
  • Perform aggressive pressure

Our LMTs use safe, manual, non-invasive post-op drainage techniques ONLY within the scope they are licensed for in the State of Florida.

2. Who performs the massages?

Certified Licensed Massage Therapists trained in safe post-operative lymphatic drainage techniques.

3. Do LMTs bring all the equipment?

Yes — our LMT will bring all required equipment, including table, linens, and supplies.

SIGNATURE DOLLCATION FAQ

1. What makes The Signature Dollcation different?

  • The Signature Dollcation™ is not just a place to stay after surgery—it’s a fully curated recovery experience designed to support healing with structure, comfort, and elevated care. Unlike standard post-op accommodations, our Dollcation experience combines a luxury suite environment with recovery-focused support overseen by a Registered Nurse (RN). Every detail is intentional—from mobility assistance and compression support to wellness meals and recovery-friendly amenities.

We provide an atmosphere that is safe, discreet, and designed specifically for cosmetic surgery clients, ensuring each Doll feels supported, protected, and pampered throughout their healing journey.

The difference is simple:
We don’t just host you… we recover you—like a Doll.

2. Are massages provided every day?

Yes. Daily lymphatic massages are included and typically begin on Post-Op Day 1, after you have completed your first post-operative follow-up visit.

Please note: massages are not performed on:

  • Surgery Day
  • Departure Day

Additional massages may be added based on availability for Dolls who prefer extra drainage support during recovery.

3. Can I choose my suite?

Yes — choose from:

  • Doll Recovery Suites (shared or private)
  • Doll Playhaus (private only)

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES FAQ

1. What is your emergency plan (in-house)?

If a complication arises on-site:

  1. CNA/MA assesses immediately
  2. RN is paged for immediate tele-med or in-person assessment
  3. RN determines if:
  • monitoring is appropriate
  • emergency transport is needed
  • surgeon must be contacted
  1. If emergency transport is needed, staff:
  • call 911
  • notify RN
  • notify surgeon via emergency line
  • prepare client for transport
  • document incident

We follow strict ALF & clinical protocols.

2. What is your emergency plan for Mobile/Private Care?

If a complication occurs during private care:

  1. Caregiver performs initial assessment
  2. RN is paged immediately
  3. RN provides tele-med instructions
  4. Surgeon contacted if needed
  5. If unstable, caregiver calls 911 and stays with client until EMS arrives
  6. Client’s emergency contact is notified
  7. Incident is documented and communicated to surgeon

3. What emergencies do you handle vs. transfer?

We handle:

  • Normal post-op discomfort
  • Lightheadedness
  • Drainage monitoring
  • Medication reactions (mild)
  • Anxiety episodes
  • Breathing concerns (mild)

We transfer for:

  • Severe chest pain
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Uncontrolled bleeding
  • Signs of pulmonary embolism
  • Hypotension & loss of consciousness
  • Surgical complications outside our scope

PAYMENT FAQ

1. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — via Affirm if available. 

2. Do you offer financing?

Yes. Financing is available through Affirm at checkout. Please note that all approvals and payment terms are determined by Affirm and are subject to their discretion.

1. Is smoking or vaping allowed?

No — for safety, no smoking or vaping is allowed on the property.

2. What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-In is at 3PM. Check-Out is at 11AM.
