A 15% retainer is required to secure all Dollcation reservations. Retainers are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and required to lock in your dates, staff allocation, transportation schedule, and accommodation assignment.

Retainers may be transferred once within six (6) months, subject to availability.A minimum 72-hour notice is required for all transfer requests. No multiple transfers are permitted.

A 5-night minimum stay is required for all recovery reservations. This ensures adequate healing time, proper monitoring, and safe post-operative recovery.

Reservations under 5 nights will not be accepted UNLESS discussed with the director.

All dolls must check in one full day before their surgery date.
Example:
Surgery on August 20 → Check-in required on August 19.

Arriving on the day of surgery is strictly prohibited and unsafe.

To promote safe and optimal healing, we recommend:

• Breast Augmentation / Lift: 5 nights
• Lipo360 with or without BBL: 5–7 nights
• Tummy Tuck with or without BBL: 7–10 nights
• Combination Procedures: 7–10 nights
• Gastric Procedures: 5–6 nights

These recommendations follow clinical guidelines and surgeon best practices.

Massages are included only in Signature Dollcation packages.

The Signature Recovery Massage Schedule:

• Daily massages begin Day 1 post-op
• No massages on surgery day
• No massages on departure day

Massage count breakdown:

• 4 nights → 2 massages
• 5 nights → 3 massages
• 6 nights → 4 massages
• 7 nights → 5 massages

Massages are performed by Certified Licensed Massage Therapists trained in safe post-op drainage. We never reopen incisions or perform unsafe drainage techniques.

Doll Collection Recovery is operated under the supervision of a BSN-RN, providing:

• Clinical oversight
• Post-op monitoring
• Care plan compliance
• Emergency direction
• Communication with your surgeon when required

Our care team includes:

• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
• Medical Assistants (MA)
• Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT)
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and our Registered Nurses (RN)

All payments, retainers, services, and bookings are 100% non-refundable under all circumstances.

This policy is enforced due to staffing, room preparation, transportation scheduling, and operational costs reserved exclusively for your Dollcation.

• Respect staff boundaries and facility rules
• Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or non-compliant behavior
• Utilize our care team only within their licensed scope of practice

Failure to comply may result in termination of service without refund, for the safety of our staff and dolls.
