📅 BOOKING & STAY REQUIREMENTS

✔️ 5 Night Minimum Stay Required

4 Night stays are approved on a case-by-case basis (single procedures ONLY, no exceptions)

Please note: IV therapy is NOT included for stays LESS THAN 5 nights.

✔️ Check-In Requirement

Dolls must arrive at least 1 day prior to surgery to allow for baseline vitals, orientation, and care preparation.

This pre-operative day is considered Night 1 of your recovery journey, ensuring you are properly prepared, monitored, and supported before your procedure.

✔️Surgery Scheduling Policy

To promote a safer, more structured recovery experience and reduce rushed post-operative discharge timelines commonly associated with weekend scheduling, procedures booked in conjunction with the Signature Dollcation Recovery Experience must be scheduled Monday through Thursday ONLY.

🚫 We do NOT accept reservations for surgeries scheduled on Fridays under any circumstance.

Our scheduling structure is intentionally designed to allow Dolls to receive appropriate post-operative monitoring, transportation coordination, recovery support, and follow-up care during the most critical stages of healing.

A 15% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your stay once dates are approved.

Once confirmed with a Care Coordinator, you may proceed with submitting your retainer.

⏳ Please Note: Confirmed dates are held for 90 minutes only. If your booking is not secured within this timeframe, your requested service dates will be released back to the public for booking.
